We are seeking a Commercial Landscaping Project Manager to join our growing team and lead exciting projects with professionalism and vision.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial landscaping projects. This individual will act as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Develop schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Track budgets, costs, and change orders to protect company profitability.
• Oversee safety compliance and enforce company standards on job sites.
• Lead communication with clients to provide updates, resolve concerns, and maintain satisfaction.
• Mentor and delegate responsibilities to project coordinators, superintendents, and assistants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in commercial landscaping, construction, or related project management.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, hardscape/irrigation systems, and site development.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and project documents.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
