Lennar’s Corporate Learning & Communications department is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our national creative team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing internal communications materials for Lennar Associates across the country. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient and dependable, with a professional, supportive attitude.

Your Responsibilities On The Team

  • Conceptualize and manage the design original, effective and stylish logos, branded materials and digital and printed internal communications materials, including emails, newsletters, reports, presentations, posters, documents, forms, templated documents and training materials.
  • Conceptualize and manage design of original logos, brand identity materials and branded packaging for all Lennar company entities, initiatives and products/services.
  • Lead the development and design of operational guides and playbooks for corporate and business divisions.
  • Conceptualize and manage the design of internal company culture and education materials, including flyers, posters, and specialty items.
  • Conceptualize and manage the design of content for external and internal special events, including event communication emails, invitations, collateral, and communication updates.
  • Conceptualize and manage the design of storyboards for external marketing videos and internal communication videos.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships across Lennar teams and business units to support shared goals.
  • Provide high quality creative solutions and consultation for Associates throughout the company.
  • Lead the collaboration with others on the Creative and Corporate Learning & Communications teams to ensure that all designed materials meet strategic objectives.
  • Manage and ensure that the Lennar Brand and Lennar Culture elements are always presented and communicated according to established brand guidelines.
  • Oversee and drive initiatives to successful completion, ensuring they meet timelines, stay within budget, and support strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Strong background and experience in corporate/company branding or internal communications is preferred.
  • 3-5 years related experience in graphic design, packaging design, corporate brand and identities.
  • Must be able to show portfolio of previous design work showcasing creative and innovative design concepts and logos.
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic and interpersonal skills.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Mac, along with Adobe Creative tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is a position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
