SmartTalent is hiring for a Global Award-Winning Manufacturing company. This is a Grinder position in Woodinville. The ideal candidate will have the ability to complete assigned work within given project timelines/specifications.
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
PAY: $23 - $26
*Pay depends on shift and experience level
SCHEDULE:
Day shift: Monday – Thursday – 445am – 315pm
Swing Shift: Monday – Thursday - 330pm - 2am

Job Responsibilities:
• Grinds sands and polishes various metals.
• Set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment.
• Deburr, buff or polish materials according to specifications.
• Complete the required paperwork for specific jobs.
• Complete housekeeping duties in assigned area or project area on a daily basis and/or as required.
• Ensures safety devices are operative.
• Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
Key Skills:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or metal finishing
• Skilled in grinding, sanding, deburring, buffing, and polishing metals
• Able to read work orders and operate standard manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Familiar with basic safety protocols and equipment checks
• Physically capable of performing manual labor in a shop environment
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
