 HR Assistant | DirectPath Client Opportunity

📍  Location:  Trenton, GA

🕒  Schedule:  Full-Time | Onsite

DirectPath Recruiting Services is partnering with a client to hire a  proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant . This role offers the chance to gain  hands-on HR experience  in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and HR administration—while working closely with an experienced HR team to support smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employee relations matters, including documentation and scheduling
• Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding
• Coordinate and track employee training and development programs
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR-related documents and reports
• Provide administrative support for HR events, engagement initiatives, and compliance activities
• Input data into HR systems and ensure data accuracy
• Partner with the HR Manager and team on day-to-day operations and special projects

Qualifications

• Staffing, recruiting, or HR support experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR field

Working Conditions

• Office environment with occasional travel for events or training
• May require occasional extended hours during peak hiring or event periods
