This role offers the opportunity to lead paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, optimizing strategies to drive measurable business results. The Paid Search Marketing Manager will manage campaigns across multiple search and social platforms, leverage advanced technology for efficiency, and provide actionable insights that improve performance. You will collaborate closely with client teams, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly. This position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, clear communication, and strategic thinking, all within a collaborative and remote-friendly environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can balance client objectives, campaign execution, and industry best practices to maximize impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and secondary search/social platforms to achieve client goals.
  • Leverage advanced technology and internal tools to improve campaign efficiency, performance, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for campaign strategy, presenting insights, recommendations, and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client strategy with execution and industry best practices.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance, advocating for client success within the organization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations based on data, trends, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in search engine marketing management, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling stories.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging clients in person, virtually, and across digital channels.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to project ownership and collaboration.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours in a remote setting.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and balancing strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
