We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development, maintenance, and support of high-priority applications. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through execution, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to implement application architecture, system integrations, and data conversions. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment, demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills, and has experience managing complex projects in government or claims-processing contexts. Accountabilities:

· Lead and manage project teams, coordinating tasks and resources to ensure successful delivery of development projects.

· Oversee application design, development, integration with third-party software, and modifications to existing systems.

· Implement project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, to track progress, resolve issues, and optimize team productivity.

· Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.

· Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring clarity of objectives, scope, and deliverables.

· Ensure adherence to coding standards, development processes, and quality requirements for all applications.

· Mentor team members to improve performance, collaboration, and professional development.

Requirements

· 12+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects.

· 6+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· 6+ years of experience using TFS, Azure DevOps, or Jira for project tracking and management.

· Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in government projects or claims-processing systems.

· Strong technical competence with familiarity in C#, Object-Oriented Design, MVC/MVVM, .NET Core, Visual Studio, Oracle/SQL, and PL-SQL.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.

· Nice to have: Microsoft Azure Cloud experience and hands-on application development experience.
