Description & Requirements

Location: DACH home or office based (Vienna, Berlin, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, München Stuttgart)

We are hiring experienced and proactive (Senior) Project Managers to lead complex software implementation projects across the DACH region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering Infor’s cloud ERP solutions in line with our methodology and values. You will drive successful project outcomes, manage customer expectations, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

You will serve as the trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring that every engagement delivers value and supports long-term success. As a Senior PM, you will act as a role model for project governance, team leadership, and value realization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live and transition to support
  • Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and communications
  • Ensure full alignment with Statement of Work (SoW)
  • Govern project execution through steering committees, status updates, and risk reviews
  • Manage project financials (e.g. earned value, margins, revenue planning, billings)
  • Use tools such as Jira®, Azure DevOps®, MS Project®, and MS Excel® to manage delivery
  • Apply and promote Infor’s implementation methodology and best practices
  • Coordinate international, cross-functional teams including 3rd-party vendors
  • Support pre-sales engagements: estimates, SoWs, client presentations
  • Champion lessons learned and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all deliverables are transitioned to Infor Global Support or Infor Managed Services

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience in implementing ERP or any other enterprise software
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects (ACV €1M–€5M range)
  • PMP®, IPMA-B®, PRINCE2® or equivalent project management certification
  • Proven experience with task management tools (like ADO® and Jira®), MS Project®, and Microsoft Excel®
  • Experience in working with Salesforce® and Certinia PSA® is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of project financial delivery metrics (e.g. SPI, CPI, forecast accuracy)
  • Experience with Infor LN® or Infor M3® is a strong plus
  • Industry know-how in Discrete Manufacturing, Distribution, Automotive or Food & Beverage
  • Fluent German and English required; other language skills are a strong plus
  • Able to travel as needed across DACH region (hybrid/remote work possible)
