Job Description

Advantage Security, Inc. (ASI) has provided both security and customer service to its clients for over 30 years in the Denver and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for full-time Security Site Supervisor positions in the Denver area.

Shift:

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Basic Requirements of a Site Supervisor:

• 21 years of age
• 5 years minimum of supervisory experience
• High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor degree preferred
• US citizenship or possess the right to work permit
• Ability to pass a drug screen test and background check to include THC
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English
• Ability to obtain a merchant guard license
• Must have a clean driving record

Desired Skills of a Site Supervisor:

• KSA:

  · Ability to lead, coach and supervise multiple officers through several shifts in an effective manner

  · Ability to develop complex policies and procedures conforming to building operations

  · Ability to manage and execute complex access control procedures which may vary from tenant to tenant

  · Ability to use sound judgment in the face of complex security issues

  · Ability to liaison with Property Management in a productive manner

  · Ability to communicate effectively across multiple groups, including management, tenants, visitors, vendors and team members

  · Ability to provide courteous customer service while adhering to policy and procedures

  Required

  · A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a security, military or law enforcement field

  · Proven experience in training personnel and implementing security programs

  · Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including oversight of diverse teams

  · Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  · Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
