Seniior Estate Planning Attorney

Our client, a reputable law firm known for its expertise in estate planning and commitment to providing high-quality legal services, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in The Chicago Suburbs . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their career in a supportive and client-focused legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and other related documents.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal guidance on estate planning issues.
Draft, review, and execute estate planning documents tailored to clients' goals.
Stay up-to-date on state and federal estate planning laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to client case strategy and planning.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of estate planning experience
Must be Bar licensed in Illinois , in good standing.
Strong legal writing, research, and client consultation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-centered environment.
Portable book of business highly desired
Finance background a plus
Experience with WealthCounsel a plus
