Salary: $117,200 - 193,400 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in work experience.
• A minimum of two years of programming/development experience.
• Four years of programming/development experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to solve complex challenges.
• Intermediate delivery skills with the ability to estimate accurate timelines for tasks, deliver work at a steady pace, and consider various use cases.
• Demonstrated track record of domain expertise and willingness to understand business issues and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve new issues and break down large problems into manageable parts.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate information clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Intermediate leadership skills, helping create a safe environment for team learning and growth.

• Troubleshoot production defects and data issues within Salesforce, including Apex, configuration, flows, batch jobs, and integrations (MuleSoft & Talend).
• Communicate status updates and work-in-progress to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in or lead production support triage discussions.
• Diagnose issues effectively and document expected outcomes for implementation by other production support engineers.
• Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration with high accuracy and speed.
• Perform analysis, assessment, and resolution for defects and incidents of advanced complexity and escalate as needed.
• Work independently on well-scoped and loosely scoped problems.
• Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
